Since Association implements great number of activities, employment of one person on full time would systematically increase number of activates that are being conducted to realize our goals and our vision and mission, thus Association would go through organizational advancement and progress in its scope of activities.

Hiring a person would greatly effect on ensuring mechanisms for financial sustainability, strengthening the capacity of the Association, intersectoral cooperation and coordination of project activities. By combining opportunities of Institutional support and needs of the Association, we would greatly secure its stability and quality of work. Financial capacities for financing planned activities are being secured by other projects and from city budget, and by employing one person, competitiveness of our projects on new calls for proposal would increase.
