Programme is divided into two levels, initial and advanced. This way we want to include as many as possible beneficiaries regardless of their previous knowledge and experience. Initial level would provide education on computer basics and their use, basics of Microsoft Windows operating system, browsing and assessment of data on the Internet and use of information services like central government portal e-Citizen, official website of EU in Croatian language, website of National newspaper (Narodne novine), and other useful portals and websites. Also, participants will be familiarized with basics of Internet communication by using e-mail and social networks, tools for sending instant massages and tools for audio and video communication. In addition, participants will be familiarized with basics of word processing (Microsoft Word) and use of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel).

As a continuation on initial level, participants will get acquainted with advanced use of word processing and spreadsheets, and will also learn how to use data bases (MS Access) and presentation tools (MS Power Point).
In the first part of the programme, web portal will be built with free multimedia content which will cover above mentioned areas, while in the second part, education will be held in classic way, in groups. This way participant will only learn on how to use this portal, so they can for themselves, from home, learn and work on raising their informatic literature.

• To introduce citizens with usage of computers and informatic equipment
• To introduce citizens with usage of Internet and ICT tools.
• To introduce citizens with assessment of data and creating information form it
• To introduce citizens with tools for information processing and making of documents
• To introduce citizens with possibilities provided by Internet for purpose of education and skill development
• To build a portal and DVD with materials for e-learning
