Also, this project will try to indirectly influence on prevention of addiction and violence among young people. Programme consists of several activities which will be conducted by young people from Lepoglava area. Facing the issue of inadequate physical activity of young people, by socializing and organizing activities like Parlor games and sports games in which interpersonal communication is essential, we want to encourage youth to consider and join healthy life style by promoting outdoor activities. Creative café is designed as series of workshops to be implemented throughout the year and in which participants will develop their creativity, give ideas for other workshops, socialize with other young people from Lepoglava. Prevention of addiction among children and youth will be conducted during November and December. Lifelong Learning Weak is manifestation marked on national level during September and October. The goal is to familiarize youth with the concept of lifelong learning and point out importance of continuous education and specialization in numerous areas so they can ensure themselves greater competitiveness on labour market and enable them more active participation in every-day social life. Facing the problems in communication with others, workshops on communication skills will be organized, with the goal of boosting logical thinking about importance of quality communication in every-day life, job interviews, etc. In relation with development of communication skills, workshops on writing a CV, cover letter and self-assessment of own professional opportunities will be held, and they will provide for young people necessary information that will help them in search and in application for a job. Considering that work of Independent Youth Association is based on volunteerism, part of the programme will be directed to organizing volunteering actions with the aim of raising awareness of young people, but also other citizens, about the importance and benefit of volunteering for individuals and community. With this programme, the goal is to include as many as possible young people in work of civil society, to stimulate critical thinking and to point out the importance of personal and professional growth.
