Main topic of this project is entrepreneurship, problem of youth unemployment and necessary mutual solutions in search of quality employment in social entrepreneurship. In last few years, there is significant interest for tackling youth unemployment and several programmes are intended for solving issues in that area.
European Union is providing significant financial, but also other kinds of support in tackling this issues. Unfortunately, in some countries civic sector and government are not putting enough effort in development of social entrepreneurship.
With this project, we want to present and encourage young people in development of entrepreneurial spirit, especially in area of social entrepreneurship. First part of the project will be held on the topic of entrepreneurship. We will examine European entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial qualities at their disposal, and examples of good practice. We’ll encourage workshops where young people will consider and describe their vision of situation of youth and their competencies. Based on their answers we will be able to create a concept and scenario for new project with single entrepreneurial venture. This will allow them to think about global entrepreneurial issues and active thinking about their solutions. In the second part of the project, workshops will be conducted with the theme of unemployment and how to resolve that issue. Key reasons for youth unemployment will be examined with emphasis on lack of information and necessary knowledge. Participants will be focused on searching concrete and efficient solutions for solving the cause of youth unemployment, whether they are economic in nature or in lack of youth activity.
